STEP ONE As human beings we have a physical body, which the angels refer to as the “mortal flesh”. We also have an energy body that has a field around it called the electro-magnetic field. This field is actually exactly what it says electrical and magnetic i.e. if you take the common battery you have the plus (+) end and the minus( - ) end necessary for the energy to flow and your electro magnetic field is exactly the same so if you are constantly clearing your electro magnetic field (the angels call this field “your garments”) you are creating a + environment in which the Angels can approach much closer. This is because in the human system we have the mortal flesh and something called an endocrine system and in the energy field we have a chakra system. The chakra system and the endocrine system are linked directly to each other so if you pick up negative fluff ie a (-) in your energy field and do not clear it either by meditation or a taking a bath with a tablespoon of sea salt in it you will actually be processing this negative fluff though the physical body. Obviously the angels do not have a physical body to clear this negative fluff and so they can only come within a certain distance as they have no way of processing the negative fluff they attract from our energy fields. There are flower essences that clear the energy field and also it can be done through a quick meditation. This small process alone carried out regularly will begin to enhance your living and working space and indeed your power to be the master of your own thoughts without interference, and indeed in the long run your health. This negative energy transference is created all the time - both when we are out of our bodies during sleep and when we interact with other human beings or even animals or even when we talking to someone on the telephone. It makes sense to be aware of this process and create a clearing routine each and every day so your Angels can draw as close as possible creating a clearer connection - provided of course you have asked them to as they will not interfere according to the law of free will unless you have actually asked them for help or to draw close making it your decision in this life of your own free will.
