Our crystals are "working crystals". What does that mean? It means they have all been used for healing and meditation and therefore they are "activated" they have been cleansed and cleared so that the only energetic memory resident within their matrix is of the highest evolutionary level of the crystal itself. (Crystals have memory of energetic surroundings much like a computer chip which is also silicon dioxide like most crystals and it is of the utmost importance when using crystals for healing or if just introducing them to your collection they are cleared to their own pristine optimum frequency as is the case with every crystal we sell.) Our crystals have not been randomly bought in job lots from wholesalers they have been specifically sourced for the purposes of healing and meditation and you will find them valuable tools for whatever you choose to purchase them for.
Our terms of sale
(1) Prepayment by Paypal before despatch of crystal
(2) Some of the crystals will have chips or irregularities before despatch as crystals are naturally formed this will not affect the operating frequency and modality for that which the crystal has been purchased. A full description of every crystal including irregularities will be given with each crystal and therefore each crystal is purchased as seen and described in our website.
(3) A full refund of the purchase price of any crystal sold will be given upon receipt of the returned crystal in the state it was despatched i.e. no damage or irregularities other than those described upon purchase provided it is returned within seven days.
(4) Polished specimens a full refund will only be given upon receipt of returned specimen as it was when despatched. Photographs pre-despatch will be used for the purposes of returns and refunds and the full cost and insurance of any returns is the responsibility of the purchaser and the refund will be the purchase price of the crystal less shipping costs.
(5) All crystals are cleansed and cleared before despatch
(6) Care of your crystal upon receipt:- Crystals have the ability to transmit frequency and also have the ability to hold the memory of frequencies that have surrounded them or are surrounding them. We suggest placing your crystal on a mirror to ensure that crystal is constantly operating and its clearest optimum frequency.
